I am taking a class in Mesa College, it is Art History and boy have I learned Art. I absolutely love learning the reasons why different artists decide to change the history of art: simply for rebellion.
Anyway today in my class we analyzed the artist/photographer Sally Mann, we saw a couple of her pictures and then a documentary where she explains why she takes the pictures like she does. What absolutely amazed me was her techniques that she uses to photograph and develop the picture. Not only that, but she uses old cameras that were her hand me downs from her father. Her photography are absolutely in black and white. I think they are amazing and there is alot to learn about her lightining that we can clearly see.
