I did a sweet newborn baby in the summer heat and if the good lighting is outside, well outside was awesome. Never thought it be there huh? With newborn sessions I like to have a little more fun with personalized items and props. I bring some basic props but always ask the parents for personal touches like in this one the globe and books, or it can be things like hats and blankets. Not one single newborn session is the same because of this and I like the result each time, and its great when you see parents over the moon of happiness with their baby.
Some tips for planning a session:
Let your photographer know a tentative date of baby being born and then
we'll reserve or keep in mind the following days to photograph you.
Newborns in props like these and cute poses work best within the first 10-12days at most.
PLEASE PLEASE- Book ahead of time.
Last tip, always take some photos with your newborn! Everyone complains not feeling their best but essentially it doesn't matter and you have the mom glow and happiness of holding your baby is enough to look great for them.

Enjoy the session!
