Suzanne & Robert Engagement Session
Tuesday, February 24, 2015
I'm stoked to be sharing this engagement! I was able to photograph them in two different places which was awesome for me, I'm always glad couples are able to do two different looks. Suzanne & Robert gave me so many good photographs which is why this is a long post ;) they where troopers in the walking and the heat thanks to sunny warm San Diego. Check out the lovely couple in their photos, and I cannot wait to see them in their wedding! Congratulations Suzanne & Robert!

This month I was able to photograph my sister and kids, for their annual photo shoot! The oldest recently just turned 5 and the little one is turning two in just a few weeks. I cannot believe how fast time flies and how big they are, I know sometimes they drive me crazy but I won't change this time with them. Their hilarious and fun, I'm currently working on training the little one with photographing! Its hard let me tell you, to get them to be good together at the same time and take photos with mom! So yes I know what you deal with for family photos! I also, convinced my sister to finally be photographed with them, well because the time will never be right and you NEED to do it now.
For this session we went to this mall in Otay and its very pretty place filled with many opportunities and looks, and also I bribed the nephews with a movie in the end. It was a fast session as you can guess cause of the little ones, but I loved the results or I might be biased. :D
Enjoy this photo session!

It smells like summer, the heat is starting, school is over, graduations are happening, time for bonfires.
Love this season! It also means, that I have a lot of time to update here on the blog, and find more sessions. In the meanwhile, I'm finally uploading my favorite sessions that I did this last months, for school, it was an advanced class, where we could basically do whatever we wanted but it challenged us to think out of the norm and push ourselves to photograph something simple but with a concept, and a different way. For example, we had to photograph black and white without the photo being In black and white, hence the challenge and we also had one week to think and develop, cast a talent or model and shoot and edit and deliver. So yes, it was pretty hectic and crazy and left me no time to blog or publish it online, also I was juggling a new job at the hospital photographing newborns! & for my surprise I did 3 weddings in the spring and multiple sessions, I cannot be happier!Meanwhile, enjoy these photos, mostly shot editorial and fashion style, my favorite subject to play around, and I cannot thank enough the girls that helped me model late at night or last minute!!
THANK YOU GIRLS!!! I could not have done it with out you. :)

J & J 1yr session
Monday, April 8, 2013
Hello all!! Happy to be back to blogging and update social networks and such, I've been ignoring for a good thing, its been busy busy photographing weddings and portraits! Took me a while to get this blogged, but here are my nephews and specifically the younger one, he turned one year in february and a few weeks after I went and did a photo session. He is the most funny and will burst out laughing for anything and looks straight in the camera. I think we have good genes, because both of them are pretty darn photogenic. :) I'm happy that I was able to photograph through out the year and see how much he has grown and how different he looks now! Its pretty amazing, considering that we thought when he was just born that he looked exactly like his brother but now I doubt it. They are so different and to each his own personality. I'm a proud aunt! :)
See for yourself and hope you enjoy these photographs.
